I had to stop and ask myself that question Mark! Am I saying "be present" and of course, I am, but as someone who has always been future-oriented and who likes a nailed down predictability to my reality, I can't help seeing or wondering about the before and after context to each moment. That may be my explainer for seeing uneasy "in betweens" as the normal course of life, or for struggling with the being part of living vis a vis the doing.
