This is a timely piece for me, as I am deliberately taking time out from 'being creative' and finding I'm battling an odd mix of anxiety and guilt, even though I know it's important to stop, relax, breathe, go at my own pace.
I know I often forget to breathe— but when I do those breathing exercises I always feel better. It’s an easy way to take a pause, a moment, and just be still.

Yes! - we' keep breathing, keep moving, ready or not, but I love imagining it's with higher purpose than the emergency of the moment
