Something to Say does sound like a lot of pressure! Maybe worth thinking of it as Something to Give. What you give does not have to be perfect; it just needs to be a net positive to the world. Anyhow, that's how I think of what I produce.
I do like Something to Give, but also realize that some of us don't begin to "own" what we have to say until we start saying it - and what we say can be "life is funny," "I like raccoons" "love is important," "we're all learning"... It's helpful to me to know that my take on those things (I like raccoons too!) has value, and it's part of my journey - maybe yours too!
